Gary Huang joined Kriss Capital in 2023 as an Originations & Asset Management Associate. He is primarily responsible for performing the initial underwriting of prospective deals and detailed financial analysis of active loans, as well as preparing investment committee memos. Previously, Gary worked in cost estimation, construction project management, and acquisitions for various developers. Gary holds an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a B.S. in Economics from The University of California, Berkeley.
