Ruby Lu is the Chief Financial Officer of KRE Capital, where she leads the firm’s finance, treasury, investor communications, fund operations, banking relationships, and business operations. She is responsible for developing the financial and operational infrastructure that supports KRE’s growth as an institutional private credit platform.

Ruby brings more than 10 years of experience across private fund finance, operations, financial reporting, and investment management platforms, with a focus on private equity and real estate fund structures. Prior to joining KRE Capital, Ruby was a Vice President and Fund Controller at Starwood Capital Group, where she oversaw fund operations, financial and investor reporting, audits, and capital activity for private equity real estate funds. Earlier in her career, she held a finance role at Blackstone and began her career in audit at PwC.

Ruby is a New York State Certified Public Accountant and earned an M.S. in Accounting from Boston College.
