Nick Solomon joined KRE Capital in 2024 as an Originations & Asset Management Associate. He is primarily responsible for performing the initial underwriting of prospective deals and detailed financial analysis of active loans, as well as preparing investment committee memos. Previously, Nick worked at Axos Bank focusing on loan underwriting and portfolio management. Nick holds an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a B.S. in Finance from San Diego State University.
