Kriss Capital provides senior loans, mezzanine loans, and rescue capital to borrowers on shovel-ready ground-up construction, heavy value-add repositioning, land, and inventory loans. As developers-turned-lenders, our aim is to be flexible and reasonable where banks cannot be; to evaluate each loan’s unique merits, taking the borrower’s situation and business plan, as well as local market conditions, into account. Our goal is to design solutions that allow developers to succeed.
